Quotes given by phone, email or our website are estimates based on the information provided. A final price will be confirmed before work begins and may vary if the actual volume or access differs from what was described.
We ask for as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Repeated late cancellations may incur a reasonable callout charge to cover wasted time.
You're responsible for ensuring safe and reasonable access to the property or items on the agreed date. Additional charges may apply where access issues significantly extend the job.
Items are sorted for recycling, donation or disposal at our discretion in line with our responsible waste practices. Please remove anything you wish to keep before we arrive.
We carry public liability insurance and take reasonable care with all property and belongings. We are not liable for pre-existing damage or for items not disclosed to us in advance.
Payment is due on completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in advance.
